Per visit 200/- will be charged for 2nd and 3rd visit.

LEAK REPAIR INCLUDE :

1. Inspect and clean the outdoor condensing unit
2. Inspect the indoor coil
3. Inspect for visible refrigerent leaks
4. Inspect wiring and control unit
5. Verfiy suction and discharge pressure
6. Verify supply and return air static pressures
7. Inspect safety controls
8. Inspect electrical components
9. Clean control panel
10. Verify correct voltage to equipment
11. Cycle equipment to verify operation
12. Clean or replace filter
13. Provide a written diagnostic report of findings

Charges 5500/- for Non-Club members. (includes 1 week warranty claim)

for Club members 5000/- (includes 1 week warranty claim)
